These terms apply when you book a ticket or come to a show. By booking you agree to them.<\/p><h2>Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law<\/h2><p>Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under that law.<\/p><h2>Prices and payment<\/h2><ul><li>All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.<\/li><li>Payment is taken securely by Stripe when you book. We never see or store your full card details.<\/li><li>Your booking is confirmed only when you see the confirmation page and receive our email. The email is your tax invoice.<\/li><li>Member prices are for Sydney Comedy Cellar club members, and joining the club is free. Complimentary tickets are subject to the conditions given with them and have no cash value.<\/li><\/ul><h2>Your booking<\/h2><ul><li>Seating is general admission and is not allocated.<\/li><li>There are no paper or QR tickets: give the booking name at the door.<\/li><li>Please arrive before the advertised start time. Latecomers are seated when there is a suitable break, which may not be straight away.<\/li><li>Tickets are for personal use and must not be resold for profit.<\/li><\/ul><h2>Free shows<\/h2><p>Entry to free shows is free. Donations at the exit are welcome and entirely optional; a donation is a gift, not a payment for entry. If you can no longer come, please email us so we can offer your place to someone else.<\/p><h2>Changes and refunds<\/h2><ul><li><b>If we cancel or reschedule a show<\/b>, or make a significant change to it, you can choose a full refund or a move to another night.<\/li><li><b>If you change your mind<\/b>, we do not give refunds, but we will move your booking to another Cellar Show night, subject to availability, if you email us at least 24 hours before your show starts. Within 24 hours of the show, or if you do not attend, the ticket price is not refundable.<\/li><li>Line-ups can change at short notice. A change of performer is not usually a significant change, but this does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.<\/li><li>If a show sells out while your payment is going through, we refund you in full automatically.<\/li><li>Refunds go back to the card or wallet you paid with and usually appear within 5\u201310 business days.<\/li><li>Entry refused or removal under the conditions of entry below is not grounds for a refund, except where the law requires one.<\/li><\/ul><h2>Conditions of entry<\/h2><ul><li>All shows are 18+. Comedy is live and unscripted, and content may include strong language and adult themes.<\/li><li>Barrel Below is a licensed venue. Photo ID may be checked, and the venue may refuse entry to, or remove, anyone who is under 18, intoxicated, or behaving in a disruptive, unsafe or offensive way, in line with its licence and the responsible service of alcohol.<\/li><li>Please silence your phone. Recording or live streaming performances is not allowed without the performer\u2019s permission.<\/li><li>Please follow the directions of staff and the venue\u2019s house policy.<\/li><\/ul><h2>Filming and photography<\/h2><p>We sometimes film or photograph shows and the audience for promotion. By attending you agree that you may appear in that material. If you would rather not be filmed, tell a member of staff on arrival and we will do our best to keep you out of shot.<\/p><h2>Our responsibility<\/h2><p>Subject to the Australian Consumer Law, we are not responsible for any loss of or damage to belongings you bring to a show, or for any indirect loss. Our total responsibility for a booking is limited to the price you paid for it, except where the law does not allow that limit.<\/p><h2>Questions and complaints<\/h2><p>Email <a href=\"mailto:hello@laughmob.com\">hello@laughmob.com<\/a>. We aim to reply within two business days. If we cannot resolve a complaint, you can contact NSW Fair Trading.<\/p><h2>Changes to these terms<\/h2><p>We may update these terms. The version on this page when you book applies to that booking.
